Khảo sát trải nghiệm của sinh viên điều dưỡng (SVĐD) năm cuối tham gia chăm sóc người bệnh COVID-19 tại Khoa hồi sức cấp cứu. Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu định tính, 23 SVĐD năm cuối chăm sóc người bệnh nhiễm COVID-19, tham gia thảo luận phỏng vấn sâu với ba nội dung chính là an toàn, sự học hỏi và nhận thức. Dữ liệu được thu thập trong tháng 11 năm 2021 và được phân tích theo phương pháp hiện tượng học của Colaizzi. Kết quả: Tổng số 23 SVĐD năm cuối với độ tuổi trung bình 22.1 (± 1.7). Phân tích xác định được sáu nội dung nổi bật: Sự phấn khích; Sự lo âu; Sự an toàn; Năng lực chuyên môn; Tự hào về nghề nghiệp; và Nhu cầu hỗ trợ. Kiến nghị: Hỗ trợ tư vấn tâm lý cho SVĐD; Đào tạo nâng cao kiến thức, tăng thời gian thực hành lâm sàng và cung cấp phương tiện phòng hộ cá nhân.
Abstract
A qualitative study exploring final year nursing students' experiences in caring for the COVID-19 patients at the Emergency care Department. Methods: In-depth interview was conducted in November 2021 to explore 23 nursing students experiences in caring for COVID-19 patients, with the three main topics: safety, learning and awareness. Data was collected and analyzed according to Colaizzi's phenomenological method. Result: A total of 23 the final year nursing students with an average age of 22.1 (± 1.7). Six main themes were identified by Content analysis: Excitement; Anxious; Safety; Professional competence; Proud of the profession; and Need for support. Recommendation: Psychological counseling support for nursing students; Training to improve knowledge, increasing clinical practice time and providing personal protective equipment.
