Teaching quality of nursing training lecturers at Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine through feedback from students in term II, school year 2021-2022

Backround: The quality of teaching by teachers through learners is a method of providing authentic evidence. The assessment needs to be conducted regularly, which will have a positive impact on improving the quality of teaching. Objective: To determine the teaching quality of nursing trainers at Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine through feedback from students in the second semester, academic year 2021-2022. Methods: Cross-sectional description on 191 students from first-year to four-year Nursing students. Results: The teaching quality of lecturers through feedback from students in 5 specific contents are: First-year students' feedback on teaching quality is at a good rate, reaching 94.3%; for second-year students, the general comment on teaching quality at a good level is maximum (100%); third-year students in good level reached 95.5%; 100% of fourth-year students responded to the quality of teaching at a good level. The overall quality of teachers' teaching through student feedback from the first to the fourth year is at a good level of 97.4%. Conclusion: Feedback from students about the quality of teaching by lecturers is at a good level of 97.4%.
