Tính kích ứng da của dịch ép quả nho trong một số loài nho ở Việt Nam (VITIS VINIFERA L., VITACEAE)

Resveratrol được tìm thấy rất nhiều trong quả nho, resveratrol có tác dụng trong việc chống oxy hóa làm chậm quá trình lão hóa. Do đó, dịch ép quả nho có nhiều khả năng được sử dụng làm mỹ phẩm. Trong nghiên cứu này, khả năng kích ứng da của dịch ép quả nho trong một số loại nho ở Việt Nam được khảo sát trên 12 thỏ và sử dụng 2 mẫu dịch ép nho: một mẫu dịch ép nho cô đặc và
một mẫu dịch ép nho tươi. Kết quả cho thấy các mẫu dịch ép nho khảo sát không gây kích ứng da.

Abstract

Resveratrol is found abundant in grapes; resveratrol is also useful in anti-oxidant that slow down the aging process. With this potential, grape juice is more likely to be used as a cosmetic. In this article, by using different Vietnamese grapes, a skin irritation test was conducted in 12 rabbits with two groups of grape juice types: the first group is testing on the concentrate grape juice, the second one is on fresh grape juice. Results showed that grape juice does not cause any skin irritation.
