Không gian mở xanh đóng một vai trò quan trọng trong việc góp phần tạo nên hình ảnh của thành phố và thiết lập các hành vi xã hội. Ý nghĩa của một không gian được xác định thông qua các hoạt động mà thông qua đó cũng phản ánh lối sống và văn hóa của khu vực đó. Trong quá trình đô thị hóa, do sự phát triển nhanh chóng với mật độ dân số, xây dựng ngày càng cao trong khi diện tích đất ngày càng thu hẹp thì nhu cầu có một không gian mở xanh ngày càng trở nên quan trọng. Xem xét trong bối cảnh Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh thì việc phải tái phát triển hoặc tạo ra các công viên túi (Pocket park) mới dựa trên tiềm năng khu vực sẽ góp phần giải quyết vấn đề này. Việc tích hợp phát triển dựa trên các không gian công cộng đặc thù khu vực cũng sẽ tạo sự khác biệt cho cộng đồng khu vực đó. Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện để đưa ra các giải pháp thiết kế các công viên túi trong khu vực phường 13, 14 có mật độ cao ở Quận Phú Nhuận Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh dựa trên các chỉ số phát triển của khu vực và góc nhìn của người dân.
Abstract
Public open space a vital role in contributing to the image of the city and setting social behaviors. The meaning of a space is identified through activities that also reflect lifestyles and culture. Under the urbanization process, due to the high-rise and high-density development, the demand for having a public open green space becomes more and more important while the space is limited. Therefore, it is necessary to redevelop and create new pocket parks from the neighborhood potential in Ho Chi Minh city. Integrating existing local open public space also makes a local identity. This study is set out to propose the design for pocket parks based on local community perception and local development index in a high-density area in ward 13, 14 Phu Nhuan district in Ho Chi Minh city.
