Abstract

Cryotherapy is a common treatment method in sports medicine and rehabilitation, helping to relieve pain, reduce inflammation and support the recovery of damaged tissue. This paper presents the design, fabrication and testing of a cold air blower to provide an effective and cost-effective cooling solution. The device uses a compressed air cooling system combined with an STM32 controller to control the temperature precisely. The test results show that the device reaches a cooling temperature of -30°C within 10 minutes with a stable air flow, ensuring effective cooling performance. With a compact design, easy to operate and safe for users, the device has the potential for wide application in medical treatment, rehabilitation and dermatological care. The research opens up a direction for the development of domestic medical devices, meeting the demand for cryotherapy and reducing dependence on imported products.
