Các nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến ý định khởi nghiệp của sinh viên tộc người thiểu số tại Đắk Lắk

Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện nhằm xác định và đánh giá các nhân tố ảnh hưởng tới ý định khởi nghiệp của sinh viên tộc người thiểu số tại Đắk Lắk, từ đó đề xuất một số hàm ý quản trị nhằm thúc đẩy sinh viên tộc người thiểu số khởi nghiệp. Nghiên cứu được thực hiện thông qua điều tra bằng bảng hỏi 618 sinh viên tộc người thiểu số tại các trường đại học, cao đẳng trên địa bàn tỉnh Đắk Lắk. Các phân tích Cronbach's Alpha, EFA, CFA và SEM được thực hiện trên phần mềm SPSS và AMOS. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy ý định khởi nghiệp của sinh viên tộc người thiểu số tại Đắk Lắk chịu ảnh hưởng trực tiếp của nhân tố Nhận thức kiểm soát hành vi và nhân tố Thái độ khởi nghiệp, chịu tác động gián tiếp bởi nhân tố Giáo dục khởi nghiệp, Hỗ trợ của chính phủ, Môi trường kinh doanh và Nguồn lực sẵn có. Nhân tố Rào cản tộc người thiểu số không cho thấy ảnh hưởng đến ý định khởi nghiệp của sinh viên tộc người thiểu số tại Đắk Lắk.

Abstract

This study was conducted to identify and evaluate the factors affecting the entrepreneurial intention of ethnic minority students in Dak Lak, and to propose some management implications to promote ethnic minority students' entrepreneurship. The study was conducted through a survey of 618 ethnic minority students at universities and colleges in Dak Lak province. Cronbach's Alpha, EFA, CFA and SEM analyses were performed using SPSS and AMOS software. The research results show that the entrepreneurial intention of ethnic minority students in Dak Lak is directly influenced by the factor of Behavioral control perception and Entrepreneurial attitude factor, indirectly affected by the factors of Entrepreneurship education, Government support, Business environment and Available resources. The factor of Ethnic barriers does not show any effect on the entrepreneurial intention of ethnic minority students in Dak Lak.
