Digital transformation in higher education includes two main contents: Digital transformation in the management of higher education institutions and digital transformation in training. Digital transformation in training, in essence, is the process of converting training activities from face-to-face to online. For digital transformation in higher education to be successful, there are many factors that require higher education institutions to overcome, from technical infrastructure to human factors. In addition, from the professional approach, digital transformation in higher education still faces many difficulties to be solved, that is, some subjects are very difficult to implement, or ineffective/quality assured when applying for higher education. teach - learn online. Using qualitative and quantitative research results, this article discusses the effectiveness of online teaching and learning for some particularly hostile subjects at university.
